🧰 Electrical Cabinet Air Filter Maintenance

If you are inspecting or replacing the electrical cabinet air filters, follow the steps below to maintain airflow and reduce dust buildup.

🔍 Step 1: Inspect the Filters Monthly

Inspect the electrical cabinet dust filters monthly and replace as necessary.

🧹 Step 2: Clean the Filters

Clean the filters by gently brushing with a soft nylon brush, or gently blowing from inside the cabinet with Stardust Off.

♻️ Step 3: Replace the Filter Element

To replace the filter:

  1. Pull off the filter frame.

  1. Exchange the filter element with a new one.

  1. Replace the filter frame, keeping the new filter element centered, and snap it into place.

  1. Repeat for the other electrical cabinet air filter.

⚠️ Step 4: Inspect the Electrical Cabinet for Dust

With the machine Locked Out & Tagged Out, open the electrical cabinet and inspect for dust. Gently blow out monthly to maintain cleanliness.
