πŸ“¦ Sending Samples for a Jiko Infusion Wheel

Last updated May 8, 2025

We're excited to collaborate with you to build a custom Jiko Infusion Wheel tailored to your products. To ensure accurate results, please follow the guidelines below when preparing and sending your sample package.

βœ… What to Include in Your Sample Package

  • Send 50 joints per product type you will be manufacturing with Jiko.
  • Label each jar clearly with your product’s SKU for identification during fitting and production.
  • Include the signed agreement document (we'll provide this) in your package.
πŸ’‘ If you're submitting multiple form factors, please separate and label each one clearly.

πŸ” Sample Quality Requirements

To ensure optimal performance of your custom wheel, the joints you send must reflect your production joints.

RequirementDescription
ConsistencyWeight, height, density, and fill must be uniform across all samples.
Production-readyUse the same materials and methods as your actual production.
Filling MethodUse the same method as in production (e.g., Knockbox, Hand Rolled, etc.).

We recommend sending 40 joints per form factor for fitting and development testing.
