π¦ Sending Samples for a Jiko Infusion Wheel
Last updated May 8, 2025
We're excited to collaborate with you to build a custom Jiko Infusion Wheel tailored to your products. To ensure accurate results, please follow the guidelines below when preparing and sending your sample package.
β What to Include in Your Sample Package
- Send 50 joints per product type you will be manufacturing with Jiko.
- Label each jar clearly with your productβs SKU for identification during fitting and production.
- Include the signed agreement document (we'll provide this) in your package.
π‘ If you're submitting multiple form factors, please separate and label each one clearly.
π Sample Quality Requirements
To ensure optimal performance of your custom wheel, the joints you send must reflect your production joints.
| Requirement | Description |
| Consistency | Weight, height, density, and fill must be uniform across all samples. |
| Production-ready | Use the same materials and methods as your actual production. |
| Filling Method | Use the same method as in production (e.g., Knockbox, Hand Rolled, etc.). |
We recommend sending 40 joints per form factor for fitting and development testing.
